Brilliant food, overall lovely peaceful place.
Very relaxing experience there. Spotlessly clean hotel and great-sized rooms. Freshly prepared and perfect breakfast, variety of food and beverages. Beautiful old building and rooms with on suite shower. Location - amazing, right by the garden area as well as the river front.

Just a solid selection for an overnight stop in Beccles with good price-value balance. Despite the creaky floors, the room was cozy and comfortable. It's best to ask for a room on a lower level if you're a light sleeper.

Facilities could use some upgrades!!! A coffee machine, bottled water, and a fridge could elevate guest comfort. The worn-out decoration and creaky floors were less than ideal for relaxation!!!
